To ensure the highest possible standards, we have a lead time of 1-2 weeks from the date of order to dispatch. All orders placed through our webstore are subject to the given lead time even if the item is shown as "In stock." Please note that dispatch may occasionally be slightly later due to the uncertainties of parts supply and production, or it could even be earlier!
Shipping
All Worldwide shipments are fully insured with tracking and mainly handled by our delivery partner DHL Express. Once shipped, you will receive a personal notice with dedicated tracking information. International orders typically take 5 days to be delivered. Local Malaysia orders will be shipped within 2 days from parcel pickup. These times may vary depending on unavoidable circumstances faced by the delivery partner. Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout and may vary depending on the country of destination.
