Each WatchLabMY timepiece is hand built to order according to your chosen design and specifications. To ensure the highest possible standards, we have a lead time of 1-2 weeks from the date of order to dispatch. This allows us to carry out the necessary quality control procedures and ensure your watch is crafted to your utmost satisfaction. All orders placed through our webstore are subject to the given lead time even if the item is shown as "In stock." Please note that dispatch may occasionally be slightly later due to the uncertainties of parts supply and production, or it could even be earlier!
Shipping
All Worldwide shipments are fully insured with tracking and mainly handled by our delivery partner DHL Express. Once shipped, you will receive a personal notice with dedicated tracking information. International orders typically take 5 days to be delivered. Local Malaysia orders will be shipped within 2 days from parcel pickup. These times may vary depending on unavoidable circumstances faced by the delivery partner. Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout and may vary depending on the country of destination.
Customs Import Tax for International Customers
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by your countries import laws. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are to be borne by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for any associated costs and must abide by their country's laws, regulations, and restrictions.
